 JoryCamosy writes: The Tennis Courts have been resurfaced recently. To keep them looking their best, and to keep them free from damage, please remember that there are no roller blades, skateboards, etc. allowed on the courts.
Earthcorp has begun erosion repair around several ponds this year. It is very important to not walk on, or disturb these areas until after the grass has had a chance to grow. Please don't ever dump anything, including grass clippings, into the ponds, or along the pond banks. This is detrimental to the ponds in many ways.
Also be aware to preserve the integrity of the ponds there are muskrat traps in all ponds. Please be advised to avoid the traps, including if there is an animal in the trap. If you have questions or see any muskrats, please call Tami at Affordable HOA 317-873-4720 ext.228 or e-mail her at Tami@affordablehoa.com with the location it was spotted.
