Community: Management Company Update
|
 As of December 1st 2006, RoyalRun is now managed by R & G Management Company, Inc. Everyone will be receiving a letter in the mail about the change. If you need to contact them please call 317-875-5600 and ask for Cheryl Altemose. We are in the process of having the 873-4720 number transferred to them.

Dear Royal Run Homeowner:
We are pleased to announce that your Board of Directors has chosen us to manage your Homeowners Association effective December 1, 2006. We have been managing Associations in Central Indiana for over twenty two years and currently manage over 80 Associations consisting of more than 10,000 homes. We look forward to working with you and the Board to provide the highest level of service available in Indiana.

Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. You may also leave general messages with our answering service after hours if you so desire and your call will be returned the following business day.
Any questions that you might have concerning payment of your Association fees or past account balance may be directed to the Accounting Department at (317) 875-5600, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Community Manager for your community is Cheryl Altemose, CMCA. She will handle all property management and administrative functions. You can reach her at the R & G office at the number listed above Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or by email at; Cheryl@randgmanagement.com. In the event of a common property threatening emergency after office hours, our telephone number will be answered by an answering service. They will be able to contact the community manager on call for such emergencies. Call 911 if appropriate.
