WRITTEN BALLOT

ROYAL RUN SUBDIVISION ASSOCIATION, INC.

The Association’s members are asked to vote upon amendments to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (“Declaration”). Copies of such amendments were provided to all Owners with this Ballot. As allowed by Indiana Code §23-17-10-8, this action is being taken in the form of Written Ballots, which are being submitted to all owners in the Association. All Ballots must be received by the Association no later than Nov 01, 2026. At least twenty percent (20%) of the Owners must submit Ballots for this action to be valid (i.e. the quorum). However, for the Amendments to be adopted, they must be approved by the Owners representing fifty-one percent (51%) of the Lots in Royal Run. Owners must vote on each of the below amendments.
