Any owner wishing to rent a home in Royal Run that is not currently a rental home with tenants should submit home information below to determine rental eligibility. This will include verification that the owner meets all criteria defined in Article XV of the Royal Run Covenants, and that the current number of rentals in the neighborhood is below 10% (or 70 homes). If all criteria is met except the 10% threshold, then the home will be added to a rental waiting list maintained by the Association. Owner will be notified by the Association when rental status for home has been granted when criteria is met and threshold/waiting list is clear. Please submit home info below:
