Per 15.05 of the Royal Run Covenants, any homeowner wishing to rent or lease Lot but not meeting rental criteria defined in Article XV of the Covenants may apply to the Association for a waiver on requirements based on hardship or other circumstances. Please submit information below to open a request for waiver/exception to the rental requirements. The Board of Directors or Association Management Company will follow up with verdict or communication on if further information is required.
